I feel like this poem won because its just moral superiority slop that makes the reader feel like a good guy who *gets it*, who isnt one of *those* people. Not out of actual poetic merit. Perhaps I am wrong, and either way, congratulations on the win!

The sad thing is they didn’t read my poem the way it was written. They changed a lot of it for “audience” purposes but this is how it was originally written but thank you!
