That’s fucking stupid and we all know it. Women from around the world vacation here to drop anchor. Very few countries are this dumb, but democrats have very few kids so then have to import voters.

Stupid yes. Ingrained in the constitution also yes. The wording was dumb and would never fly anywhere else guess what our founders are stupid people. The law is the law. It’s what it means in the dictionary and the explanation is simple. In the 14th amendment of the constitution if you are born here you are a citizen. Go ahead and write up and amendment I’ll support it but it is what it is.

Not really, hence the 5-4 ruling, and most of the 5 were appointed by the party that can’t survive without importing voters, so it was self preservation. Oh and considering you think the founders wrote the 14th amendment, I encourage you to crack open a history book at least once.

No they didn’t hence why it’s an amendment but it tells you how dumb they were considering that 14 amendments were required to that point and necessary to still not solve the issue. Go write that amendment and you may yet stop birth right citizenship.

Also I’m agreeing with you. Birthright citizenship and frankly all acceptance of legal immigration needs to end. The U.S is full and we cannot have any more immigration but this is not an issue that will be solved without an amendment. You gonna have to write one that repeals parts of the 14th and can get 2/3 of both houses or 3/4 of the states on board. So goodluck
