Personally I use the length of a full size pitch. Start slow bounding and then build up speed until you’re going 100% speed at half way line and sprint to the end. Then walk the length of the pitch back. Repeat 10 times.

Idk your initial fitness level but here’s example
Interval training:
1. 30 sec walk/jog followed by 30 seconds all out sprint.
2. Hill sprints.
3. Stair running
