UPDATE: Nothing is 100% confirmed yet since she wants to get settled there before pushing for it, but she said she wants to bring me with her. She was recruited by their CMO, who she already has a really good relationship with and who trusts her a lot

Hurts, obviously. She has had such a crazy impact on me that goes so much farther than just a manager relationship. But her new team looks very promising, so it’s just a waiting game now. It’ll be about 3 weeks until she starts, and I assume another month or two past that until she’s able to give me an update on it. Fingers crossed
