Report him to HR or corporate. If you live in a Wen party consent state you could potentially record audio or video of the way they treat you as proof but make sure first. Otherwise find another job honestly, the number of horrible managers who stay in their positions forever is insane

I’m in the same boat bestie, we can get through this. I personally also struggle with going to HR because of how manipulative my boss can be and how shitty HR can be

I agree. I left a small family owned business because the boss was making fun of me IN FRONT of customers. I couldn’t do anything because my paycheck was in her hands. Talk about a power move. I work in corporate now because at least I have HR.
