Someone tell me if every Dunkin is ran like shit and that I should just quit because it’s just gonna keep going downhill.

I haven’t worked at dunkin but I work at a Starbucks that has taken in like 3 Dunkin refugees in the last 6 months. From what I hear the answer is yes. Starbucks isn’t much better but at least you get better trainer and better pay so I’d recommend applying at least until something better comes along

I think it varies state by state but I started at 15 in PA and you get a small raise every year
