Ok. Reading the article, there’s a big question: 1. The reader assumes that the pizza, praise, or money is contingent on productivity meeting or exceeding a goal; 2. The article says that the money group’s productivity fell *below* the control group’s (no reward) productivity by the end of the week, meaning the money group shouldn’t have received the cash bonus at all

Just proves people dont work for love they work for money, once they had the money they needed the started to relax and chill out more. With just pizza its a nice reward but still doesnt meet their money requirements to allow them to lay back.
