That was genuinely my first real job, but it worked out better for me than my bosses. I basically got paid $40/hour for like 6 months to just sit around and wait for shit to train, and sit in meetings here and there, while they tried to do impossible shit that ai is incapable of doing competently, and eventually the company collapsed, and I got to put a fancy sounding consultant role on my resume

They basically wanted to use it to create perfectly detailed advertisements indistinguishable from non-ai ads. Obviously they all looked like shit, but my boss was convinced it would be possible and we’d be the first to do it.
