
No but I haven’t officially had a conversation with them yet. I’m planning to talk to HR when I get back from break. This was my first big girl job, and I’ve only recently learned the importance of documenting everything. Month of December I have like 2-3 incidents from him, I can speak to. they have a policy that I need to let them know within 180 days, I kinda brushed his behavior off like he’s just a crazy old man for the longest time, but it’s just unbearable and frightening now
I found out I had a medical condition so I’ve been trying to get a doctors note for extra protection. My doctors office has been playing telephone yoyo though, dragging it out. During this time (just yesterday), he went into an emotional rage via email in front of everyone on staff (not towards me but towards someone asking a clarifying question on email) turned into a brawl with both him and this other person threatening to quit
