Yeah they can’t do that, it’s a violation and tell them it’s required by law. I recommend if your state is a state where you can record audio with one persons consent (yours) then record a convo with your manager and essentially have them admit that they don’t give you said breaks. If you can’t record then get it in writing. If you have this happen enough with a lot of proof, bring it to a lawyer and have fun getting easy money
