How does one tell their manager that they’re going to lose half of their staff if they don’t get it in gear and start changing how things are running. Everyone is burnt out and actively looking for other jobs

That’s what’s gonna happen. We work our asses off and get nothing but glowing reviews and all management wants to do is berate us about every tiny mistake
