Hi OP, Very true. Sociopathic people quickly rise to the top and impose double speak and the workplace becomes Orwellian. Then a key thug rises to the top and forms a personality cult around them to see who accepts the illusion. Then as the cult expands in the workplace, it becomes people pretend to work when the company pretends to pay them… By then it’s too obvious the cult leader can’t sustain the organization.
