If you’re a guy you might be screwed in your situation, people unfortunately tend to not take things like that very seriously, especially when it’s a guy being groped by a girl. If your planning on telling anybody I’d advise you to be careful who you tell because they may end up making fun of you and you may actually end up being the one who gets in trouble instead, apparently this has been the case in other cases like this from what I’ve heard
If they solve the issue, awesome. If they take action but it isn’t enough, or if they do nothing, celebrate bc you are going to get at least $70k. 2. Follow-up on your initial complaint, or make a supplemental complaint, asserting that their response didn’t solve the problem, you are now being spoken to adversely, etc
If there is a decrease in your recorded productivity after you make a complaint, that will read to a jury as “the company deliberately started giving him poorer reviews so they had an excuse to fire him and sweep the situation under the rug,” which is awesome for you. The odds that the case goes to trial are slim, but the attorneys will consider that fact when calculating how much the company should pay you in a settlement
