Weirdly no longer scared of my insane boss after she committed blatant disability bias in front of our whole team (I’m disabled and her least favorite). Is that crazy?

My direct boss has said he would literally quit and die than let her dramatic ass fire us over petty BS and I fully believe him, he’s amazing. And adding literally illegal discrimination into that… I feel like it’s leaning towards invincible. My mom works in HR for a different place and even she admitted it’s pretty bad
