genuinely as a retail/customer service employee why is it normalized to have to take people being rude to me my entire shift? i’m so fucking tired of it like i’m so drained and exhausted from trying to fake being okay with it that i’m being rude back

when i worked at rack room, our clientele was so awful that sometimes i’d thank people who were nice to me 😭
