My work is participating in a fundraising and the back of the shirts say “make *hockey* great again” it’s a different sport but you get the idea. This is going to be insane. I feel like we are going to get backlash from this.

my boss provided shirts for us in memory of kirk and i gave it back. if you’re not comfortable, that’s valid. politics shouldn’t be a thing at work

Honestly… just do what your boss says. It’s not your responsibility to second guess their choices or to play PR manager and deter her from doing that.
