I think their referring to the dangers of being a sx worker or the damage your body can take. Ik a lot of strippers get tons of bruising and have issues later with their feet/knees from wearing the heels. Source: my friends mom was a stripped lol

Yeah the stripper heels are annoying. I stopped working in the club, and did private parties. I never wear heels at parties
