That shit is mad annoying. Like how are they going to ask for qualified staff but then say you don’t have enough hours to apply after getting certified?

In my case, I can’t even finish my schooling to GET my certs without going through two separate clinical internships. My school doesn’t place us — we have to find a spot by ourselves. Every single clinic I have talked to doesn’t take students, is full, or expects you to have 2+ years of experience in a non-credentialed position. The kicker is that even the non-credentialed positions aren’t hiring without experience. It’s a real catch-22
