As a fellow customer, I’ve noticed these boomers are getting completely out of hand. I witnessed the exact same thing as you mentioned at Kohls the other day. 60’s-70’s woman, shuffled up to customer service, without any introduction “FLOOR MATS”. The lady was confused, then understood, and told her to look in the back. Tf??? Old people when I was a kid would have a whole story about what they were looking for, when did this one word demand shit start?
