everything the ANA makes them teach us in school about how we also have to prioritize our own safety and wellbeing goes directly in the trash as soon as we set foot on a unit 🫩

idk how healthcare workers do it, I'd get fired + probably arrested with what I'd do back 😭 also sounds like u have a shit manager if they don't put the safety of their employees first!
