But she doesnt actually want to replace me…is this some crazy intimidation tactic to stop me from ever asking for anything again? This is my first time in 2 years asking for a raise and I asked for $3.50 more …mind you I’m the only person in my department and I do cross department work

She posted my role online without telling me and has a lot of applicants for it and her plan is to show me this at some point so she can show me how easy it would be to replace me
