i worked at bath and body works and on black friday one year a grown lady threw a full sized lotion bottle at my face when i told her that her coupon wouldn’t work on them she had because it was for a free hand sanitizer (literally fcking read) & my boss was standing next to me, saw the whole thing and called the cops. the woman was detained at my boss’ request bc she wanted to press charges on the lady for assault instead she got banned from bbw & we have a pic of her having behind the register
