Try strong follow ups, be the annoying ex & defo ask for the reason __ company chose to not hire you. (They are required to give reasonings if u ask I believe) Use that info in future interviews !

USPS is hiring. I started here a few months ago. Pays well.

Unfortunately they’re not required, and it’s even against the policy of some companies to give feedback. They don’t want anyone to slip up and imply that they didn’t hire you for an illegal reason (like gender/race/age/etc)
