 Why have PTO if you can’t even use it! I’ve earned those days and if I wanna burn through them, that’s my decision.

I always tell my team it’s their PTO. Take it whenever. I don’t think I’ve ever denied a PTO request lol. Company will survive fine without them here for a week

My company is stingy with scheduled PTO but we can use PTO if we call out. Then management wonders why so many people call out instead of scheduling PTO

Sadly no. The company is, but I’m not sure other managers have the same view I do lol
