i have endometriosis and my period cramps were so bad last night i was in tears while at work. luckily i was able to step in the back before anyone saw me. told my manager that if my pain got any worse i would need to close and go to the er bc i can -

barely function. this man looks at me and tells me that it will be busy tonight and in the only bartender and that it being busy will be good for me. i closed an hour early and threw up from the pain 😍

the ceo wound up coming in and said i looked like awful and like i was in so much pain. i wound up telling him what my manager said and he was not happy about it lol
