Be there for her. Don’t push, just remind her that you won’t close the door on her, and that she has somewhere to go. She has to come to the decision to leave on her own, your job is to be a lifeline when that time comes

I would say a cord cutting but that would seem cruel so I would just recommend being a shoulder and a haven for them
