Do you believe in spirits? In my belief, spirits can carry smells of either their past smells or their present vibes. If nothing wrong is going on during these times, and as you say it’s not overwhelming, I’d say you have someone watching over you :)

are you sure it’s incense? i wear colognes and my own oils that smell like burning incense and ik smoke is rly popular in fragrant notes around this time same for resins and actual incense as base note. could be mundane or depending if it’s a constant smell it could m an something

I do believe in spirits yes! That’s interesting to learn about! I didn’t think about it that way before

I’m pretty sure it is, since the first time I lit incense myself I recognized it as being the same smell I would smell before that didn’t have a source, just would come from no where and in random places too. No one in my immediate family wore any cologne with that sort of smell either :P
