Honestly chemically it would depend a lot on your diet. There is no fool proof method but I will do my best to breakdown the chemistry of what I do know. When you consume THC it breaks down into the concentrate THC-COOH which is the compound most tested for in urine. Now the thing about THC-COOH is that it is highly lipid soluble. The lipids(fats) in our bodies act as long term energy storage which is why THC-COOH lasts so long after consumption as a lot of it is still present in fat storage.
This means that the rate at which THC-COOH is still detectable in your system depends on a lot of things but especially diet and body fat percentage. Probably the best method to try and reduce traces of THC-COOH is avoiding foods with high fat content(avocados, oily foods etc), drinking a lot of water (I’m not sure if this chemically can flush it out of your system but it won’t hurt), and exercise may also help by increasing your metabolism! Best of luck with this all tho!!
