I really really REALLY need to take a t break bc I smoke like every day and I want my tolerance to go down, but it’s such a habit idk how to actually sustain a long break like that, any tips?
Depends on how often, if u smoke multiple times a day then lessen that first so you only need one sesh. Then smoke every other/few days till you can take a break without withdrawals. Take ur time 🥳🥳
