I live in a medical card state and as long as you have a card it’s supposed to be fine but then you get employers who are like “well if someone is disabled or in pain enough to actually need it then I don’t want to hire them” and its like. On paper not legal but in practice it’s perfectly legal bc it’s a right to work state anyway
