in my personal experience it might be good to look into legal stuff you can smoke! I like damiana and catnip but there’s also other herbs like lavender, jasmine, rose, and blue lotus! alkaline electrics is a good brand :3

yes! make sure you get food grade quality herbs (they’re usually sold as a loose leaf tea) but you can absolutely smoke catnip! it’s not as intense as cannabis but it still gives you a nice mood boosting effect :)
