i’m embarking on a three week t break after smoking almost every day for over two years. this is probably going to be the second hardest thing i’ve ever done i’m so scared 😭 any tips or tricks for resisting the temptation would be much appreciated 🙏

might be corny but i recommend journaling. just little "thought shot smoking but didn't, here's what's going thru my mind rn" type. i carry a little memo pad and pen with me and evem if i don't have anything interesting to say it keeps my hands busy

Put it all away. Make it as inconvenient to access as possible. Out of sight out of mind

stay busy. a lot of times when you’re bored u just smoke so you have something to do. keep urself occupied.
