HELPPPPP! I have a drug test today at lunch time 5 days ago I took a take home test at night and I was good. Then last night I took a test and I was also negative. This morning was positive. Am I fucked, what should I do?

Even if I passed 2 take home tests previously when my piss was not early morning gross yellow. I took 2 past then this one after being really dehydrated was a fail
