day 1 of quitting weed, any tips?? i don’t smoke heavy as i used to and withdrawals won’t be that much for me. it’s the mental part though.

Depends on why you smoke in the first place. Insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, just fun? If you don’t think you can go cold turkey, don’t. Slowly decrease how much you smoke. Take CBD if u smoke for mental health, chronic pain, or just if u think it’ll help you. If u smoke for fun, it’s really about self control, learning and identifying your habits, and not switching it out for something else.
