Trying to stop, what are some benefits you noticed in the first year and then the next 2?

Anyways breathing and feeling more focused were the most immediate things I noticed after quitting

Well it saved me a shit load of money but I was also smoking a metric fuck ton of weed for someone my size🤣 fr though I liked that I didn’t have to worry about driving or being stuck somewhere cause I was down yet. Plus it was nice to feel more in control- I was basically perpetually high for like 2 years straight before i tapered off shortly before quitting, i slowed down to feel more like myself and then I became anxious so I had to full stop and level out and once I did I just didn’t feel

The urge to do it again for a really long time. I also had been having trouble breathing and it helped quite a bit that I stopped, like I said I was smoking a lot so the actual act of it probably caused more problems than the weed itself
