girl honestly just don’t get into it and try to find healthier strategies to cope if you can, i’ve been smoking regularly for almost the past like 6 years now and it genuinely does more harm than good especially if you have an addictive personality…if you really want to try it tho i would at the very least maybe just stick to edibles because they are a lot more controlled doses, healthier for you, and are honestly a lot less addictive because it’s less of an “instant gratification”… (1/2)

Dont do a monster size hit of wax or shatter or any other concentrates you’re first time lol.you should just start with a nice true indica strain and let the anxiety float away. Go slow don’t rush the experience either.

…since you have to more properly set aside time for doing edibles and plus you won’t develop an addictive “oral fixation” from having something you can just hit whenever you want
