
girl honestly just don’t get into it and try to find healthier strategies to cope if you can, i’ve been smoking regularly for almost the past like 6 years now and it genuinely does more harm than good especially if you have an addictive personality…if you really want to try it tho i would at the very least maybe just stick to edibles because they are a lot more controlled doses, healthier for you, and are honestly a lot less addictive because it’s less of an “instant gratification”… (1/2)
