
If you want to take a break/quit go for it but do it for the right reasons. If youre heavily reliant on it, sure take a break until you can get a handle but don’t let anyone tell you its the problem in your life or that quitting will fix all your problems, cause I confidently say now thats just not true. And regarding this brain fog I hear so much people talk about, I feel this is more dependent on what type of herb youre smoking
I never experienced this brain fog or its magical dissipation and I feel its more so related to people smoking boof. The reason I believe this is that I had a friend who when she smoked said she would experience really bad brain fog so she subsequently stopped. I haven’t really experienced that, so I gave her a joint I rolled out of some good quality Cali flower and she reported that she didnt feel those symptoms at all and just felt nice as you should when youre burning
All in all though, if your tolerance is too high or you feel you have a problem where you’re reliant on it or feel you can’t quit, yeah take a break or quit if you feel like its truly not a positive in your life but if your reasoning is due to brain fog, find some better stuff and then reevaluate.
