Those effects don’t sound typical of THC to me. Dry mouth is common, but a tingling sensation may be indicative of old flower or additives to the batch. If this flower did not come from a shop, I recommend going in and trying some to compare with something fresh and lab tested.

No one will laugh at all, like 3 said, they’ll only tell you happy birthday. Unfortunately, it’s unlikely you’ll receive anything for free or get special treatment, but no one will make fun of you.
