Kinda? But since in the US pharmaceutical companies aren’t government owned but instead are capitalist. If we give big pharma this power over the weed, then they will lobby against decriminalizing because it would hurt their own pockets. Or at least that’s my opinion based on that 1 basic economics class I had to take
