Valid but don’t make it a routine. Give yourself a couple days of wallowing because that’s valid then get your shit together, limit the weed usage and go to the gym or something. Shits tough but you don’t wanna have your life ruined by weed. (Also have some self respect and buy yourself some flower you deserve it)

no bro now is the time to quit and go to the gym. When you happier then smoke in moderation and get absolutely fried. Your tolerance and sadness will just make you lose time money and motivation
