
get plenty of sleep and in the morning, start your day with some water and sunlight and then meditate and stretch. it’s a lot easier to start your day when you feel present and don’t want to just escape it. then like the other guy said, try out some hobbies. i personally love to hike because you can spend a whole day doing it or just an evening. if you’re busy doing something every day you won’t feel the need to be high the whole time. i still smoke most mornings and every night but i feel -
