I’m rly struggling. I wake up, I don’t want to get high bc I have brain fog from high yesterday, but idk what to do with my day besides getting high? I just hate how unmotivated it makes me

get plenty of sleep and in the morning, start your day with some water and sunlight and then meditate and stretch. it’s a lot easier to start your day when you feel present and don’t want to just escape it. then like the other guy said, try out some hobbies. i personally love to hike because you can spend a whole day doing it or just an evening. if you’re busy doing something every day you won’t feel the need to be high the whole time. i still smoke most mornings and every night but i feel -

Time to get a hobby or show or something honestly helped me a little I understand the whole motivation part it can be hard especially when it’s something apart of your everyday I get the same way

Have you tried taking a break from weed. Not just a t break, like a full on 2 month break. I’d give that a try

wake up, shower, eat breakfast, go on a walk or exercise inside, do a craft, clean your room/house, run errands, eat more food, go on more walks.., the more busy you are the easier it is to forget that you wanna smoke

Also to add on what helped me was all what #3 said but also I read a certain amount of pages of a book before I could get high that day, it gave me a task to achieve and if I felt lazy that day I couldn’t get high until I sucked it up and did it
