
i know i probably sound like an idiot but honestly just don’t think about it. watch a fast paced tv show or go workout, keeping yourself occupied is the only thing that’s helped me. that and if you have anything in close range to you, hide it or keep it not in sight because if you remind yourself it’s there, it’s a lot harder to forget about it. i only take breaks when im fresh out because i know im weak when it comes to a break lol
