y’all send help 😭 i got a stiiizy all in one as a birthday gift in april and the cart is still half full but the battery just randomly stopped charging so i cant hit it. i know for a fact its not clogged its def a battery issue. what do i do

so the battery still wont charge BUT if you heat it with your body heat while its plugged in for like 10 minutes it works
