Psychological addiction is definitely possible. You won’t get sick from withdrawals, you will forget how to be happy without it

define hooked? it's not addictive you can literally just stop with no symptoms if you have even an ounce of self control

No I’m sorry this post is bullshit. From someone who was litrtally addicted to marijuana so badly they would smoke once every other hour and go through a 1g cart in 3 days

i’m glad you had that experience but addiction has nothing to do with self control. it’s not a classically addictive substance like meth or something but it’s extremely addictive psychologically and plenty of people experience withdrawal symptoms from going cold turkey

Honestly i mean like it’s way too easy to fall into the habit of j smoking regularly. I agree on paper it looks relatively easy to just stop but for me at least it was way too easy to go from once every few weeks to 1-2 times weekly

youre just using the word addicted incorrectly, it's habit forming AT MOST. sincerely, someone who understands addiction.

and by "classically" addictive you mean neurochemically addictive, and by "extremely addictive psychologically" you mean habit forming or just i like it. nobody has ever experienced withdrawal from CT weed because, and i'll say this again, it's not neurochemically addictive. that, and only that, cause withdrawals. if you experience "withdrawals" from quitting weed you're just experiencing discomfort from breaking a habit, like if you suddenly stopped trying to bite your nails.

and if you had ever experienced withdrawals (of which there are many kinds, gabanergic withdrawals i.e alcohol and benzos being probably the worst) of any kind you would know that no one has ever withdrawn off of weed.

yeah this is understandable it can be a bitch to break any habit but the words addiction and withdrawal just aren't and shouldn't be in the conversation
