been smoking almost everyday for 5 yrs with breaks every now and then but i’ve recently started to feel hella anxious and out of body when i smoke w ppl. even when i smoke alone my mind is spiraling and i’ve never had this before. how do i fix this?

probably best to take like a month off. this can happen with regular smoking for a long time unfortunately. also when you come back try some strains with lower thc/higher cbd. the thc cbd ratio is all wrong nowadays and it’s causing problems.

This happens to me when I have sativa during stressful times, maybe that’s it? I stick to hybrid and occasionally indica now.
