i gotchu. i love a weird lil decoration dude. i bought a snail lamp because i needed another lamp and i found one in the shape of a snail. snamp. i love it.

so? have you ever bought something just for fun? thats my point. wall art is functionally unnecessary but your walls would be so plain without it. i feel like consumerism is more based on buying multiples of things you already have that work perfectly fine, like a new iphone every year or the same skin product from 7 different brands. social media really feeds into it with targeted ads and whatnot. but buying the occasional trinket makes you happy and thats cool
