plastic grinders are bad because overtime the tips of the plastic teeth wear off and the little microplastics go into ur weed, metal ones are worth the investment mine was $40 and i’ve had it for 3 years

Coming from a former smoker. The one they gave you is nice to have on the go or when you don’t have your actual grinder but I would definitely recommend getting one of the ones that has 3 openings
