Get a job that’ll drug test you. That’s a motivator

You could also switch to micro dosing edibles, and then taper down. Edibles are less habit forming than smoking because it doesn’t hit your reward system as rapidly…..

In my experience it’s easier to do if you have nothing else going on and you rely on the sheer determination of the human spirit

get a cdl and apply to trucking jobs, they do a drug test for you to apply, random drug tests, and usually pay well

Sail the Seven Seas, watch Invincible or The Boys, go for a walk in the woods, pick up a new skill like learning to cook, there’s a couple of suggestions

i think the opposite actually? i feel like when i have a full time internship and fun commitments during the day, i smoke considerably less. stressful things make it harder, but generally keeping busy is super helpful for my t breaks

I get that, I’ve done it both ways I think it can be different for everybody. However it is super satisfying to “win” against it in that way

You gotta find something to replace it with… drink more water… go for a walk… do something else to get your mind off the urge
