I’ve actually looked this up, it was some French dude at a fancy? restaurant (Every restaurant in France is fancy to me) who accidentally undercooked individual cakes and served them anyway. And THANK THE HEAVENS HE DID, I’d kill someone for a good chocolate lava cake
