tips on cutting down on weed?? i like how it makes me feel but after constantly smoking for a couple weeks i feel like its weighing me down and making me depressed… if someone has knowhow on how to smoke a healthy level lmk
set a rule for yourself… i don’t smoke more than 2 days in a row. be firm with yourself because once u break it one time you’ll do it again. think about how it might hit harder after taking a night or two off
